Returns & Exchanges
CANCELING ORDERS
Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. To cancel your order, please submit your request within 48 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change or cancel it.
Order Changes
- Go to the Contact Us page.
- Enter your Name and Email.
- In the Message box, please include your Order #, Date of Purchase, and Reason for Cancellation.
- Submit form.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the customized nature of decorated apparel, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless something isn’t quite right. Your happiness matters to us – if there’s an error in the decoration or a defect in the garment, let us know within 7 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
Start Return
- Log in to your Account.
- Go to Orders.
- Find the order you would like to return.
- Select Request return to start your return.
- Select a Reason from the dropdown and add any details you would like to include.
- Submit Request return.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation email along with a return label for you to ship your items back.
