SHIPPING
Just because shipping is simple doesn't mean it should take a long time. Summit Sportswear understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and Federal Holidays. Summit Sportswear typically does not ship orders on non-business days.
For shipping questions, please feel free to contact our Customer Service department from 8am - 9pm CST Monday through Friday, or 8am - 6pm CST on weekends.

*Shipping times are based on orders placed before 11am CST Monday through Friday. Some items require additional freight charges, which are noted on the product. Items requiring additional shipping charges are not eligible for free shipping offers.
*Delivery Service options for the contiguous US only. For shipping to AK/HI, please allow 3-4 weeks.
*Regrettably, at this time, Summit Sportswear is unable to ship to addresses outside the United States, including foreign APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, contact Customer Service.
Single Order with Multiple Shipments
Please note, if your order has multiple items, they may be shipped from multiple locations and arrive in different packages on different dates. There is no extra charge for split shipments.
Tracking Your Order
To track your order, click the Track My Order link at the top of your Shipping Confirmation email. Enter the tracking number and your email address in the area provided.
CANCELING ORDERS
Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change or cancel it.
Cancel Order
- Go to the Contact Us page.
- Enter your Name and Email.
- In the Message box, please include your Order #, Date of Purchase, and Reason for Cancellation.
- Submit form.
